Customized Massage (30 Min)

Description

Every body is different, and every massage should be too. Your licensed massage therapist will customize your session based on how you’re feeling, areas of tension, preferred pressure and your individual goals. Using a personalized combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques, your massage may focus on relieving muscular tension, encouraging relaxation and restoring an overall sense of balance and well-being.

Hot Stones – $30
Warm stones provide soothing heat to help relax tight muscles, ease tension and create a deeply restorative massage experience.

CBD Treatment – $30
A topical CBD enhancement incorporated into your massage to provide targeted comfort for tired, overworked muscles and areas of tension.

Warm Scalp Oil + Scalp Massage – $30
Warm nourishing oil combined with a relaxing scalp massage to condition the scalp and hair while creating an exceptionally calming addition to your treatment.

Therapeutic Cupping – $30
Cupping techniques are incorporated into your massage to encourage circulation, release areas of muscular tension and complement deeper therapeutic work.
