nUses: Inhalation directly from the bottle, or from a tissue with a few drops of the blend on it (keep in a small plastic baggie for future use!).

nUse Respiratory also to make a chest rub and massage oil in a 5% dilution in a vegetable carrier oil for treating all conditions above.

nAlso use a few drops in an ultrasonic nebulizer to create a fresh, forest-like, clean, low-germ scentscape in the home and at work. Also consider  using Vir-Away and Microbe-X blends in a nebulizer. However, avoid using this Respiratory blend in an air-pump nebulizer as it contains a small amount of jojoba oil.
