Without this notification, you will be charged for the service in full. Holiday bookings, multiple services, Combination packages, and groups of 2 or more require a minimum 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid a charge.
If you have experienced any flu like symptoms, such as fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, or have come into close contact with anyone experiencing these symptoms or that has tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please call us at 541-210-9673 to reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees for sickness-related cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that comes in for a service exhibiting obvious cold or flu symptoms.
If you have not filled out our online intake form please take a few minutes to fill it out, nothing to print- it automatically attaches to your account with us. To abide by health policies during this time, we are requiring all new clients to fil out their intake form online prior to thier appointment. If you have already booked your appointment make sure and click "already a client" to avoid multiple accounts.
